Why I got into education:
I got into education because I loved working with students and motivating them to achieve success. I have always seemed to have a gift of being able to work with youth and assisting them to achieve their goals whether on the sports field or in the classroom. This started with a baseball and basketball coaching position and eventually grew into a great educational career that I have enjoyed and feel blessed with everyday.
I have been in education for 15 years, this is my 2nd year as High School principal at East Prairie, and my 6th year in Administration overall. I am an avid duck and deer hunter, and I also help coach summer baseball in my free time.
I have B.S degree from Southeast Missouri State University, and a Masters Degree in Educational Administration from William Woods University. I am currently completing a Specialist Degree in Educational Administration through William Woods University.
I have a wife who I have been married to for 15 years name Leslie, and one daughter who will be in the 7th grade this coming school year named Annalyn.
